An Earth System Science Club Peer Mentor is a caring, responsible, and accommodating volunteer program. ESSC Peer Mentors will serve as a trusted friend to guide an incoming freshman or transfer student. The potential mentors will help the students to grow his/her passion in Earth System Science both academically and socially.

Mentors are expected to commit one year to the ESSC mentoring program.
